The risk assessment of inorganic Arsenic (iAs) exposure through rice,and seafood was carried out with a probabilistic risk assessment method using a Monte Carlo simulation. The risk assessment is carried out through four stages, namely hazard identification, hazard characterization, exposure assessment, and risk characterization. Another advantage is that will predict and prevent the level of consumption of various rice and seafood that can cause health risks. IAs poisoning in seafood products was a mass case in Indonesia in 2016 due to contamination of shellfish consumed by Makassar residents. The study is expected to provide benefits in the form of information regarding the risk of As and iAs in rice and seafood consumed by the population of office workers at PT XYZ. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a risk assessment of the level of exposure and the significance of As and iAs in food products that most likely contain As and iAs, namely rice products and seafood.
