Abstrak
Glioma is a type of brain tumor that often occurs. Glioma is difficult to curebecause of several things including its aggressive nature, high mortality, and highinvasion. There is an inverse relationship between serum blood glucose and gliomagrowth. A mathematical model describing the inverse relationship between serumblood glucose and glioma growth has been formulated. In addition to amathematical model describing glioma growth, a mathematical model describingthe effect of interventions such as chemotherapy and virotherapy on glioma growthhas also been formulated. The intervention mathematical model for glioma providesan overview of the effectiveness of the type of intervention applied. This study aimsto develop and simulate mathematical modeling of glioma growth by addingchemotherapy interventions, virotherapy, and a combination of virotherapy andchemotherapy.The simulation results of chemotherapy intervention on glioma show that theinhibition of glioma growth occurs only during the application interval and
