Abstrak
PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (PT PKT), performs its social responsibilities(CSR) in accordance with Partnership and Environment Program (PKBL). PT PKThas a commitment to perform CSR by applying 3 indicators, namely: PKBL, CreateShared Value (CSV) concept, and SNI ISO 26000:2013 (SNI ISO 2600:2013).CSR implementation, based on those indicators, could potentially be integratedwith PAS99.This research aims to design the integration model for CSR implementation(PKBL, CSV and SNI ISO 26000) with PAS99 system, to analyze the degree oflinkage between PKBL, CSV and SNI ISO 26000 and also aims to analyze thematurity level of SNI ISO 2600:2013 implementation in PT PKT. The researchused random sampling technique with a total of 43 respondents.Based on the results of data analysis and discussion with the StructuralEquation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) method, it is concluded thatSNI ISO 26000: 2013 has a correlation with PAS99: 2012, which is related to SNIISO 26000: 2013.
