Abstrak
Tourism activities have an impact on land-use changes due to the constructionof tourism facilities and accommodation. Changes function of telajakan from greenspace to a built area decrease the space for ritual plants. The loss of a variety ofritual plants causes the lack of completeness of ritual facilities. It has an impact onthe sustainability of traditions and culture in Bali. The role of the community inreusing the telajakan space as a space for growing ritual plants needs to beimproved. The aims of this study were: to mapping the characteristicsof telajakan in Canggu Village and Penglipuran Village, develop a model fordeveloping the structure of telajakan that supports the existence of ritual plants,mapping community perceptions and preferences related to telajakan, andproducing a telajakan management system that supports the presence of ritualplants.
