Abstrak
The Covid-19 pandemic caused all education activities to shift to onlinelearning. During online learning, seven cadets from the Fisheries Extension StudyProgram of The Jakarta Technical University of Fisheries were drop out in the firstsemester. Previous research has shown a relationship between learning performanceand interpersonal communication, attendance level, self-efficacy towards onlinelearning, self-regulated learning, and academic motivation. This study aims toexamine the relationship between interpersonal communication competence,attendance level, self-efficacy towards online learning, self-regulated learning,academic motivation, and learning performance.The research sample was obtained through census, involving 200 cadets, form2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th semester, with 110 respondents are regular cadets and 90 cadetsare from fisheries families.
