Abstrak
Private Higher Education (PHE) has an important role in educating the nationthrough its contribution in facilitating increased community participation incontinuing education to higher education. Even though PHE has an important role,until now it has not been the main choice for students and other users. In the midstof high public interest to continue their education to public higher education, theposition of PHE is threatened by the number of private universities that are closed.This condition shows evidence of competitiveness problems facing PHE today.Competitiveness is one of the factors determining the sustainability anddevelopment of PHE, therefore building competitiveness is one of the key aspects.Resource-Based View Model is an approach that can be used to evaluate and buildorganizational competitiveness, including PHE. This research aims to develop thecompetitiveness of PHE in Indonesia based on the Resource-Based View Model,by conducting an integrative study of the relationship pattern of seven aspect
