Abstrak
Muntok White Pepper is the name of a Geographical Indication for white pepper, Indonesia's leading export commodity, originating from the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The application of this Geographical Indication can be realized if the white pepper produced by farmers meets the GI quality standard requirements, including size, color, cleanliness, and essential content. Some of these quality requirements are only realized when farmers apply Good Agricultural Practices. However, until now, only a small proportion of farmers have implemented the GAP. For this reason, this study aims to: (1) describe the application of GAP and the application of GI, (2) analyze the factors that influence farmers in implementing GAP, (3) analyze the level of GAP application and the factors that affect the level of GAP application and (4) ) analyze the effect of implementing Good Agricultural Practices on income and calculate the economic value that can be achieved by farmers in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province.This stud
