Abstrak
The palm oil industry is one form of business that has an important role in theState of Indonesia, especially the national economy, but the industrial sector is amajor concern in implementing the concept of sustainable development due tonegative issues caused by planting oil palm. In addressing this issue, sustainablecertification was developed through the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil(RSPO) as a form of implementation of global standards for sustainable palm oil.The RSPO function is to minimize the negative impacts of palm oil production onthe environment and society. The implementation of the oil palm companies hasdifferent impacts on the performance of the companies that implement them. Theperformance of oil palm plantation companies in Indonesia also shows fluctuatingperformance every year, so this study aims to analyze the impact of the RSPO andthe factors that affect the performance of oil palm plantation companies in Indonesia.This study involved 14 palm oil companies listed on the Indonesia Stock
