Islamic Securities Crowdfunding as a technology-based financial institution or nown as afinancial technology (fintech) company is increasingly showing positive developments in the country. Islamic Securities Crowdfunding is currently a solution for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors to obtain capital by issuing sharia shares and sukuk schemes. MSMEs as parties that need capital have various difficulties in increasing their growth. MSMEs often require additional capital in a business development process. It is hope that additional MSMEs capital can be obtained through various financial institution that have a funding function. But on the orther hand, for MSMEs segment, it is also not easy to get access to capital through financial institution, especially bank because they have limitations on the unavailability of assets as collateral.
